Adrian is responsible for the running of the business, the main contact for clients, oversees the accountancy business and operates the legal services department

Adrian has been working with owner managed businesses since 2002.  This has allowed him to understand their needs and offer a package of services which can be tailored to the client.  These services have increased over the years to ensure that clients only need one adviser and can build a high level of trust in Metsons.


A brief overview of Adrian's education/professional development.


 

  • Adrian graduated from University with a 1st in Accounting and Financial Management and started his career in accountancy in 1996
  • He became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2000
  • In 2010 he became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, recognising his 10 years of experience in accountancy
  • In 2019 he received the ICAEW BFP (British Finance Professional) qualification reflecting his professional knowledge and experience
  • In 2020 he passed his probate exams and now offers probate services
  • In 2025 he became accredited as a Commissioner of Oaths

Sara is a qualified Certified Accountant who has gone onto study for her Company Secretarial exams which relates to complex statutory matters for limited companies.


Sara started work as a trainee accountant in 2005 and has since worked at various accountants in Kent and London before deciding to set up Metsons in 2002.


Sara has extensive experience working for sole traders and limited companies, including payroll, VAT, accounts and tax returns.
